Clone 800 Sim2.01 Tuning Failed

Hello hello.
I have imported some clone boxes with Sim2.01.
They come orginal with BL#82 and a gemini 5.10 preinnstalled.
When they arrive to me, I usually reflash them with this IMG. •UNOFFICIAL DREAM ELITE V.133DV3 PHOENIX EDITION 07-18.
This is working just excellent on 8 of 10 Boxes. But unfortantly 2 of 10 become tuning failed on HD channels. After reflashing. Not on other channels (SD) but only HD channels.

Any tip on this problem, other IMG. that can help me out, or is this a harware FAULT on some boxes? The tuning error?

Please any help would be really appreciated.

Now I have tried to install the Sim2-GP3-dm800-84B.riyad66, it seems like it is a little better, ..when I now switch up and down on different HD channels they decode, but I still get tuning failed sometimes.

A little progress, but not stabile... Is it something to do with Drivers?
Again any help would be really appriciated, have been sitting for hours with this issue.

have you scanned the channels in yourself or are you using pet settings,this usually happens when you've not scanned them in yourself,try a scan.

Yes I have scanned them myselves. So I have not used any old sat.xml from other IMG.
I have scanned them, then edited the favouites list with DB edit. So that should not be the problem.

What your dish setup mate motor on multi LNBs on a switch ?

Switches can throw up problems like this some work some dont.

Try to load my image DE-OpenBlackHole 1.4 and just after put the SSL82 for your sim. Tell us if on these 2 boxes it will work properly (tuner).

strange i have the same problem, i tried to change multiple sws but always tune failed on same channel on polaris. I cant scan manually because i dont have signal on that freq but have on others on 39e? any idea?

i made a progress. I found manually satelite and i solved a problem. I turn off usals for Hellas sat and than very patient step by step moving until it locked a signal on freq, now it works!
