We shall see but as it states:

Horizon is the new firmware for Diablo CAM series 2.3
This version is *ONLY* smartcard reading and NO emulators.

Which kind of implies the next version or another version will include EMUlation.......

Lets not forget the early early Underworld (year/s before Canal Nordic Underworld) was mere card reading software for n*d*s cards before that functionality was added to stealth firmware

this only for smartcards... no EMU...

tested Viaccess 2.5 HRT card, must turn off Auto PMT to work authorization


i think this software to ensure legal sales in countries what forbid sales receivers and CAM's with emu... not end or new bomb
