Channel and favourite list for patch 2.18

Here is a hastily put together channel and favourite list for the latest patch 2.18, I have scanned the following satellites 39e, 28.2e, 19.2e, 16e, 13e, 5e, 0.8w, 1w and 30w. It is by no means complete but will give a simple starting channel list which I will add to over the next week or so.
Please note that you will have to enter your USALS coordinates in place of mine for your dish to track correctly, members using DiseqC motor control will have to locate and store their satellites positions.
