Channel Editors problem

I have a laptop with window 7 and when i douwnload the channel list its work good,but when i upload from box to pc it doesent work.can some one help me please?

Editors i use

FTE_maxEditor _for chip B

AliEditor v4 _for chip C

AliEditorDB4 _for chip E

use the channel Editor to work on your Setting list.

Then save the list and use the Upgrade Tool(setting UserDB) to send the list to your Receiver.

first of all tks for your help,but now the problem when i read the channels from echolink to pc, the editor stop in upload on 10persent showme and sometimes 30 persent and then stop.other boxses work find exp humax54,clark-tech,echostar2300,dreambox.
