changed password help dm500s

Hi
After loads of help in getting my dm500s on to dcc and working (thanks to ferret,brummie ) i now finding the password isnt what it should be , if anyone knows how to reset the login and password could they please give me step by step instructions ,
im new to all this technoligy and need help
just like to say a big thanks to people wjho have advised me in the quest to get this dm500 going (well not exactly got a picture on it yet need to change the image first thats why password is needed the dm500s is a clone btw )
