CCcam for Ipbox 900hd ??

you can also use evocam but looking i do not think you ipbox is config to cccam. I will continue to see if it can but the outlook is not good with ipbox to use cccam

I have spoken to my partner who says that cccam is not always possible on some boxes. Yours is one of them but do try the other ones evocam and mgcamd.

cccam supports ppc not sh4 this why....mgcamd+newcs working fine also you can connect gbox...

Can I switch between Evocomd and mgcamd during viewing? Im having trouble getting EPG information and want to see which is best.

Also what folder should I ftp to?

I am using a Sifteam image, but the plugin doesnt recognise anything that I drop in Var/bin or var/keys? is there something else i need to do? rename it perhaps?

In SifTeam image go in menu-plug-in- install plugin, and choose evocamd and install it. You can install and mgcamd 1.30d , and mgcamd+newcs.
After go to menu-plug-in-setcam, and set emu whoa you wont as default cam. During waching TV, you can with colored button stop cam, in menu change cam, and with colored button, again restart cam. That all. But do not forget rights- chmod 755.

install emu addon from sifteam ftp ,via net upgrade
or
ftp ://9000hd.sifteam.eu
/9000HD/Addons/cam/mgcamd-1.30d_newcs-1.61.tar.gz
/9000HD/Addons/cam/evocamd.tar.gz
rename to addons.tar.gz
copy on your /temp dir
menu>plugin> install addon

sorry, I should have mentioned that im using a 900HD (cable) so my dir is different.

On the menu-Plugins and cam plugin the only one I can see is 'Default EMU'

I was hoping to just ftp the files over but don't know what dir's to use.

Also when you say rename to 'addons', do you mean remane Evocamd?

Im confused to tears.

me too on 900hd
rename "mgcamd-1.30d_newcs-1.61.tar.gz" to "addons.tar.gz"
copy to /temp
menu>plugin>sif_install_plugin
rename "evocamd.tar.gz" to to "addons.tar.gz"
copy to /temp ;overwrite the old one
menu>plugin>sif_install_plugin
reboot your machine

no,,,, emu sources are closed source except really old 2002 mgcamd sources available in some places

Hi guys,

Thanks for the elp so far. The addons both installed ok and I can see the remove files for both evocamd and mgcamd when I go into 'sif-remove plugin' so I know they are there, however, I cannot see them in 'sif-set cam'. ??? I am thinking that I don't have the right versions. Can someone post a link please orsuggest anything else.
