Sorry, I can´t be of much help (neither have 800se nor do I use GP3 myself - I did once with CVS, but nowadays don´t need it on Merlin any longer).:mecry:

I can´t see from your post, what kind and what date your firmware is of.
"opendreambox 2.0.0 dm800se" is too few information. (CVS?, OoZooN?, Merlin?, Newnigma?, .... from Nov. 2012 or from ...?)

I can`t help better but recommend to install latest firmware (for 800se e.g. CVS 2013-06-19 / Merlin 2013-06-23 , or different OE2 firmware later than 2013-06-19)
and then to install latest gp3 wizard for all dreamboxes (HowTo with installation links + advice how to prepare your box before installation).

DMM developers changed some C++ code in firmware (C++ code) and there was a greenscreen problem (as mentioned in posts #405 -#407) when old gp3 plugin was used with new firmware.
Now, I guess, there may exist the opposit case - problem to install new gp3 on older firmware (if you haven´t got the latest) e.g. if s.th. went wrong with former installation.

GP3 installation failing, can have many reasons besides firmware: wrong DNS in configuration, Network connection problem, some HD skins cause problems, wrong file attributes, etc. ...

I can´t exactly find out from telnet log.
Some lines seem to refer to network (wget: bad address 'dreamboxupdate.com', etc.) - looks as if nothing was downloaded:
If anything was downloaded, then some other lines may refer to problems between gp3 plugin and firmware (Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for geminiplugin).
But installation of three different gp3 versions even seemed to fail (latest 0.70-r0 / and older 0.69-r2 / 0.68-r5) - either because nothing was downloaded, or because of problems with firmware/existing software, installed skin, or .... (many possibilities - too many for long distance diagnosis).

Sorry, but quickest solution, that I could think of at the moment, is flashing the box with new firmware (after you saved e.g. your bouquets, channel lists, softcam config file, but not your settings).

image is o.k. - it´s original CVS image from Dream MM.

If GP3 installation doesn´t work, then your system is not prepared for it.

What is necessary for successful GP3 installation:

Requirements

• No pre-installed soft-cams. (There aren´t any in CVS firmware, so it´s o.k.)
• No plugin that provide a quickbutton functionality. (There is none preinstalled in CVS, so it´s o.k.)
• A working internet connection (I suppose you have one)
• Image revision must be at least v3.2.1 (OE1.6) except DM7025(+). (Downloaded of latest oe.2 firmware 2013-06-19 is o.k.)
• A flash memory expansion such as FlashExpander, Media-Boot, Dumbo, Flodder for boxes with small flash memory like DM500HD and DM800(se). (Did you install one of these - if not, you should)
• When using an OoZoon Image (your firmware is CVS, not OoZooN - so you needn´t), you need to install kernel-module-fuse
  

Then you need further preparation:

Image preparation

• Set user mode on Expert in Menu → Settings → System → Customize.
• Enable multiple bouquets in Menu → Settings → System → Customize.
• Either set DNS Server when using fixed network settings, or use DHCP.
• Set password for user root .
• Activate the Default-HD or an other HD skin before installing the GP3.2 Plugin (only OE 2.0). If you don't do so, the Blue Panel will not be displayed. Only HD skins are supported, or special SD/XD skins which were adapted for the GP3.2 Plugin.

When everything is prepared, install GP3 wizard (E.g. connect to your box with WebIf and type
http://[COLOR=Purple]dreamboxip[/COLOR]/ipkg?command=install&package=http://download.blue-panel.com/gemini3/g3_wizard

in url address field of your browser (replace dreamboxip with IP address of your dreambox)

Restart your box and then start installation of GP3 plugin by use of the wizard (In Menu/Addons)

In case you don´t get it running despite all preparations ... install Merlin (+ camfeed if wanted) instead, if you can do without GP3 functions.

Two new Merlin exclusive functions were added (of which one is still inactive):
Picon mapper (doesn´t work, yet)
Prerun time and postrun time of recordings can be set different for selected channels.
(Opposite to CVS firmware, where it´s only possible to define prerun and postrun for all channels alltogether in menu/settings/customize.)

But beware!
One user on Merlin board reports greenscreen when using Merlin EPG Center (MEPGC) with his boxes - he has 8000HD and 500HD.
Problems (some EPG entries missing) in MEPGC were confirmed by another user.
A third user with 7020HD reports his box is running well without greenscreen.
Supposedly a fix will be needed for this and is being worked on by Merlin team.

Camfeed (your link to Merlin cam feed uploaded by kiliantv) should be okay.

Maybe your file download is corrupt (but I don´t think so).

Maybe you´re using Merlin oe.16 firmware instead of oe2.0?

Then you should use gp3 cam feed instead.

Just can´t see from logfile what "architectures configured" don´t want to work with cam feed.

In case you are using Merlin 3 oe2.0
(with a Flash Extender Plugin of your choice, off course - which should be used for dm800 and dm500 - and which is not necessary on dm7020 and dm8000)
without GP3 plugin, then the cam feed should work.
Perhaps try local install instead of telnet.
Copy cam feed ipk-file with ftp program to /media/hdd and then with remote control select Menu/Settings/Software(manager)/Local install/Harddrive/
Try to install with green button, while ipk-file is check marked in menu and then restart box, if successfully (you can see from messages on screen).

Always works on my box

if you use a dm800, there is a different architecture (mips32el-nf) in OE2.0. You can unpack the cam feed plugin and putting the files into the right folders.

Yes, the file "cam.conf" inside Merlin camfeed should be copied manually to /etc/opkg on dreambox, then. Rights of "cam.conf" should be set to 755. At least I hope, that this is not different between dm800 and dm8000)
