Hi Guys,
This forum has been very helpful and I have learnt a lot from various post on this site. I am now stuck and hope that some genius would help me out. I am able to receive channels on various transponder on the Astra Sat (28.2) but not able to receive the FTA on 12560 H & V transponder. Rather I am not able to get a signal on these two transponder. The message I am receiving is Tune Failed and SNR is 0%. I have recently purchased Clark Tech ET9000 receiver and am using OpenPLI image dated 15/01/11. I am not sure whether some sort of setting is required in the Tuner Setting. I have presently set Tuner 'A' only as I have got only one cable coming from the dish. By thewa all ther channels are fine and the SNR is nearly 98% on them. My previous receiver was also able to receive the channels but not this one. Could anyone pleas help me out??

TIA

Yes I know the channels are there but for some reason I am not able to get it on my receiver. I am suspecting it could be the Tuner setup, but not really sure what to do with it. May be a new software for the box would solve this issue. But in the meantime I'll do what you have said.

Thanks for the advice would let you know what happens.

so if the signal of the sat is there but tranponders missing i.e.12560 H & V try blind scan or check yer dish cos sometimes you could hit 28.2 but could be a touch off had it loads of times with 39e and 28.2 some show other dont hope it works

No what I am saying is that I am not getting signal on these particular transponder i.e. 12560 H & V rather for that purpose I cannot get any transponder signal including and above 12560 H & V. I'll check this with any receiver and see if its the dish alignment or the receiver that is not getting the signal.
