Can't find the shout key to say hello

Can't find shout key
Sorry guys, false allarm, it wasn't there at all but it appeared
after I posted the request.
Must have been unavailable to me untill I posted, it's a bit strange though because I was advised to say hello first but couldn't do this before the post.
I tried to introduce myself after logging in but couldn't find
the box to do it in.
So I clicked new thread, typed in my introduction submited it
and was then asked to sign in, !! is it me or just a glitch? !!
