Cannot found HDD or HDD is not initialized

I format my HDD in DM800 with Ext3. However, each time when I turn on DM800, it says "Cannot found HDD or HDD is not initialized". While if I restar DM800, DM800 can find the HDD. Or DM800 is turn off, it can find HDD within one day. On next day when you turn on DM800, it will say "Cannot found HDD or HDD is not initialized" again. How can I solve this problem, thanks.

what image you use mate?

Either a faulty cable or a bug in the image, reseat the cable or better still try another. Possible HDD about to fail ?

If you still have the same issue then try another image.

Thank you kind reply. I try several images and the same thing happens. I will format HDD by PC if the same thing happens and then put the HDD to DM800.
