The situation seems very uncertain, so let’s just hope the SD channels remain free, or at least free with a card but no subscription. I assume you know if you get a card you will still need the card registered to a Dutch address.

I suspect that SD will remain free until SD gets switched off universally. I see that most of the regional Dutch stations went HD-only a while back.
I'd have thought that for national security reasons they would have wanted the public stations to be freely and easily available to all.
I was looking to get a secondhand card, if I can find someone prepared to send to the UK.
