AFAIAA it is just (all) the December files that have a time bomb.

Indeed, all the ones that are now on their site.
Use the older files, to avoid the time bombs.

Fixed it.
by adding the well-known boxkey and rsakey to Oscam.

Cccam is not able to read my card apparently.
Is there a way to configure Scam also?

Found some weird behaviour in Oscam. Switching back to Newcamd protocol I found out that there were 4 shared EMM's not received using the CCcam protocol. Now it's al fine again.

Is there some kind of bug in the CCcam protocol in Oscam?
I didn't change anything other then the protocol.

Yes, there is a long-standing problem of the irdetoo shared address not getting parsed correctly with cccam/oscam. Therefore, you do not get the Opkey updates.

Wanted to let know that my BDC card is working again after I've re-programmed it with Sept 2011 file and left it overnight on RTL 4.

Something weird happened there, because my card was not working at all anymore. I am suspecting that my Smargo is defective.
