Includes MGM 19.2E, Most of TV Vlaanderen 19.2E and channels on 23.5E also, History, Sport1.2 etc.

Erm no they are not! Both still encrypted current Key03[06] 5E BF...etc

Unless you are talking about a different freq/satellite, we are talking about the ones on 19.2E @ 12304H 27500 3/4 Canal Digitaal NL package
