Bulsatcom keys not working

Can anyone tell me why, when I enter the latest softcam.key for all on my TM3150D, everything opens except the Bulsatcam channels on 39deg?
there are reports that some of the 3000 series stb,s have been having problems with bulsat although the 1000/5000/6000 series are ok. ask in the technomate section as you might get some help. regards mdt
Perhaps you download a old TM softcam ?

Did you take a look insite the softcam if he have the latest active keys for Bulsat39E ?
Bulsat is also currently available using latest Phantom patch for you receiver model and latest TM softcam.
