11694 - new user questions/problems

I have been using PKT 7.5 before, but wanted to try new software and cant get my head around it. If anyone can help me please do so

I have just installed 11694 then added mgcamd+newcs1.67 and no joy from the internal readers at all? Attributes 755 given to mgcam1.35_newcas1.67 in var/bin & mgcamd 1.35 in keys folder.
what else shall I do to make it work ?
What port is it to log into the web newcs page (PKT - 8081).
*In addition my HDD (visible as SDA1) is not mounted and shows the HDD error
