box will not find all channels on 5 east Astra4

I have just got a new 800 HD se.... I set it on same dish as I had before but with new LNB´s.

I have tried many different images but right now aim running PP 2.3.

I have 2 LNB connected through Triax DiesqC, 0,8 west and 4,8 east

My dish setup is testet with an older 800 HD and I get 100% signal on both satellites with all channels working on this box.

But when I connect my new 800 HD se box, I got problems with 5 east, I have signal on 5 east.... but it can only find about 15 ukrainen channels like Channel 5 etc. But I need all the viasat channels???? why doesn't it find the rest.

I tried everything also tried only connecting 5 east LNB without DiseqC... but same result....... sometimes it even find 0 channels??

I every time putting newest satellites.xml into the box and rebooting before making a scan... but it doesn't help.

I tried many different image like. Nemesis, Gemini, iCVS and also original firmware... but same result...

What to do??

Can it be a hardware problem??

Try using the satellite.xml from your working box and make sure you have the tuner configured the same.

And remember correct dish alignment 5 east Astra4 is not 5 east it's 4.8°East.
