BOSD Appear when I run skystar usb 2 hd ci on windows 10 on PC

Hi
I wanna run skystar usb 2 hd ci on windows 10 on PC but BOSD appears & system restart, Although I run it before on laptop VAIO with windows 10 perfectly but I coudn't run it in new PC.
In addition it's run on windows 7 on this PC.
PC SPEC:
Asus Maximus VIII Ranger
Cpu Intel I7 6700k
HDD Samsung 128
VGA Asus GTX 1070 Strix 8G
Trident Z DDR4 3200 16
Any help Appreciated.

Check Card E Slat May Be No Proper Fit It Or Clean Slat .

Thanks for your reply, It has USB 2 port, & I put it in usb 2 port on mainboard.

It's an external device with usb 2 cable witch connect to usb 2 of mainboard.
Any advice??
