BMT Yeti Image

Hi DKA,

Have tried the BMT Yeti image. It certainly has everything pre-installed, very impressive.

I used Mgcamd on 28.2 which seemed to work perfectly. I inserted my working Oscam.server file into Oscam but did not work first time so parked that one for the moment as it's less importatnt to me on a DGS image because watching one channel and recording another is not an issue in a DGS image with Mgcamd (Enigma 2 needs Oscam for this to work).

Epg though was a differnt issue. Crossepg is pre installed with the penultimate version 4.2.1. However the setup menu did not allow me to select 28.2E or 28.4E and the image crashes when you select "aspect".

I didn't find a way into the epg from ITI which was alluded to in the support info - unless this was referring to Crossepg for Italian Channels on 19.2 ?

So hope this feedback helps and would welcome any help in overcoming the issues as the BMT image has lots of promise !

The crossepg in the final release was dropped due to a panic problem, even though the files are there, I can certainly say that during the test stages crossepg was working on some of them and not others. The guys had released the date in which the image would be released, so they ran out of time to fix the crossepg as it was a hard one to solve.

They should get it working in the next release.

I must admit apart from that , the image is the best one i have used, its not crashed once on me in over a week.

I think your problem with oscam configs is ( there seems to be 2 lots of configs around, 1 lot has 4 files, the other has about 8 or 9 ) its the 8 or 9 ones you need.

Hi DKA
Can you please send me with pm the Oscam configuration files because the image freeze on some channels in Nova Hellas on Hotbird 13. I use it with a card on the upper card reader, also I tried to connect with a c line to a ccamm server but no luck. Any help apreciated.

I tried your configuration but no luck so far.. It seems like oscam it stops working after a few minutes and I need to restart the emu in order to see a channel. When I stay in one channel is ok but when I try to change channel oscam freeze. Any syggestions?

Thank you for your config files. The problem was with my irdeto card for nova hellas. I change some settings in readers and server config and now it is ok.

BlueMoon as default skin
- oscam as cardserver included (as default)
- newcs, mgcamd, incubus, gbox, mbox included (default configs)
- jaro channel list as default channel list
- IrK multiboot included as separate file
- priority for CYFRA+ set
- busybox 1.18.1 included
- pl2303 driver included
- bitrate plugin, HDD temp plugin
- simple BMT emupanel included
- epg from ITI works properly

Thank you for your config files. The problem was with my irdeto card for nova hellas. I change some settings in readers and server config and now it is ok.

I do notice that if you use one of the latest versions of Oscam Stapi you don't need to define caid= lines any more in oscam.server.

I define boxtype=ipbox-pmt in oscam.conf and create an oscam.dvbapi config file like so:-
