blackscreen on dreambox but all is ok on DVB-Scard user

hello to all

I have a server with a local card with canalsat W3C
I am using a DM-800HD clone and pc ubuntu as a server CCCam
I put on the DM800 CCCam 2.2.1
first :there is no image on DM800
second : only then i use SCAM 3.59 then i have pictures
when I run my server CCCam I see that all users are connected
and all is OK
but all the dreambox user have blackscreen:(
yet user-s DVB card works perfectly on Pc

Please help me solve my problem
