Black Panther FTA premium for newbees

Dear sat-universe and fellow members,

I'm new in the satellite expirience and i still learning as time goes by. I own a BP FTA premium but i have some problems with it. First of all the official website(?) didn't answer any of my questions about their product.
So now i decided to ask all you. Well it might seem to you that my quaestions are silly but rememer that im all new in this.

1. Where can i find any manual about this receiver in English? (and not in German whitch is everywhere).

2. Where can i find any software tools that i will need to master the receiver?

3. How can i see the interface of the receiver on my PC to change any settings?

4. How can i connect my receiver with the RS232 on my PC and what can i do if i manage to link the PC and the receiver? (i allready did this but what now?)

That's for now... i will come back with new questions as soon as i got some answers. Thank you all for your replys and your help,

Antonis,i suppose you are from Greece like me. I'm also interested in buying the same receiver. As you said i haven't found an English manual yet. I also have sent an e-mail to the official company and haven't got a response yet. I'll try again. I'm thinking of buying the receiver from Germany as i have found it ia a better price.Where did you buy it from. I suppose from Germany,τοο
What is your opinion till now about it? I think the receiver ia value for money. It's HD, it has LAN and can do many things. About upgrading the receiver,i can tell you the following: i have a He@d 2900 usb challenger and i used to do the upgrade by usb.So download the latest firmware,put it in a usb stick and pass it to the receiver
