big network problem with Dm 800 hd clone

hi i have network problem in Dm 800 hd it workt good for a month
and it stop working,
I did a network test, these where my results, I have also lost my channels

LAN Adapter
Intergrated Ethernet/ and theres a tick in the box

Local Network
connected/ and theres a tick in the box

DCHP
enable/ and theres a tick in the box

IP Address
unconfirmed/ and theres a X in the box

Namesever
unconfirmed/ and theres a X in the box
can you help me please

Hi mate

It looks as though you have lost connection to you router.

First of all make sure all the cables are secure and then power down your router an 800 and then re apply power.

If this does not work.

On your remote

Menu-setup-system-network adapter

I there tick DHCP and reboot.

See if that help and let us know.

same problems with me when i change the boxes ip , but always after a reboot its fine .......

check your lease time in the router

or use Static IP on your dream or Static DHCP in your router

i put DHCP of and i make a new ip, netmask, dns after that i restarted but still the same the iven when i hold the buton dot show me the ip
i can flash the image withaut problem with dreamup my dm 800 hd is ss75 sim 2.01 end now i flash it nabilo blackhole ss72 i trait
with wlan is the same no ip can you help me please

Enable DHCP again a reboot. Make sure you can now see the 800.

In adaptor settings turn off DHCP only and alter just last 3 digits

Like 192.168.0.***

network from dream 800 serie sucks big time its nown by DMM but they do not want to fix the problem

yes is connected with router and is still the same
