I've got 95% over the other side of the pennines but nothing scanning in. Anyone scanned these channels in on e2?

My receivers cannot resolve the current transmissions types I will check every few days for the latest changes.

Hi ,
I live near the coast in Belgium and have a good signal on this transponder. On the Technomate TM-5402 HD M3 the signal constantly goes from 11.50 dB to 0.00 dB and vice versa. On the TBS 5927 I cannot get a lock with DVBDream, even via EBS Pro and a blind scan does not lock the transponder.
On the Edision mio 4K and the Octagon SF 8008 I have a constant lock of +/- 11.50, but when I press search neither finds any channels.
I find it very strange that no channels can be found on all these receivers.
I have reception with a Deltastar 90 cm. dish.
What could be the problem?

Types of transmission possibly used @ 15 west.
Physical Layer Scrambling or PLS is used in DVB-S2 as a way to improve data integrity. A number called the “scrambling sequence index” is used by the modulator as a master key to generate the uplink signal. This same number must be known by the receiver so that demodulation is possible.
