(or thursday, because battery should be recharged after two weeks of usage - and loading cable to some degree is inconveniently short for reading while loading)

I want to ban my (worse than ever before) back pain instead, that turns me mobile like a snail.

You should ban your doctor for not doing the good job curing your pain.

This time I have to ban you unieno, because you blame my doctor for s.th. that´s not his fault, but mine.
I must admit that I refused to take a kind of morphine derivat, he offered me, because I thought 4x 600mg Ibuprofen a day should do the job, but it doesn´t sufficiently.
It´s getting better, though day by day. Hope in about another two weeks the pain will be gone. Feel almost comfortable already most times of the day.

(My doctor would come anytime if i phoned him - even at night - he´s a neighbour of mine. He would do chiropractical surgery as well, ... if I let him)

Perhaps I should ban my bed or my mattress, too, because pain always reaches its climax, when I lie flat and especially when I turn around in bed or when I have to rise up from there shoot2:lumbago).
