backup help please!

hi all, before i try the sifteam img can somebody tell me how to back up my dish positions pls?-or don't i need to?

You can do a full usb/ftp image backup using PCEditor 1.2.51 under tools/backup image and pick all_noboot.img

You can also transfer /var/db.dat file to your pc. That should hold your channel list and dish positions.
