As I watch both feeds last 2 years, they are in 4:2:0 format.

Those news feeds are MPEG4 4.2.0 have been for a long time

it may be 4:2:0 but neither Feed shows a picture on my TM5402 M3
but with Starsat 2000HD Hyper no problem .
i only notice with BISS that if feed signal is pretty weak AU may not work but signal is above 10db signal it seems no issue at all but does take around 40sec which is ok considering that Starsat Chip is older but its still a mighty fine receiver very few bad points with it i am pleased to say :thum:

Normally, it takes between 30 and 40 seconds AU BISS

if buying from Flea-Bay ensure seller has 100% postive feedback
may also be better idea to go the amazon route like @ dog-man has done it may be slow but amazon usually delivers :thum:

Could you please share seller ID to me from where you bought your starsat 2000 box? I try to avoid the bad sellers that do not deliver box to you and dog-man. PM is ok if u not want to list the seller ID who supply u with starsat 2000 on forum. I not find any sellers on amazon sites for starsat?

Also just worth a mention the Starsat 2000HD Hyper does open MPEG 2 - 4:2:2 Feeds
Tested on both EBU News Feeds @ 7E 11054 H 4937 and 11059 H 4937
Biss AU and picture is fine
