As it's by 007.4 its from a trusted source
But any member currently using the card. eg members with working Ragdula or UPC Direct on Blue Dragon arn't going to change their card to Red or Yellow are they?
But if you have a Red or Yellow and arn't using it then you might as well use 007.4 little utility to see if you can get yourself some Blue Dragon action

Dragon Converter v2
DRAGON CARD CONVERTER SCRIPT v2
This utility converts a Blue, Red or Yellow Dragon Card OS to another Dragon Card OS.
Procedure
1. First erase any application from your card using DragonLoader.exe.
2. If that does not work you can try the "DC_Erase_APP.xvb" script in WinExplorer.
You will need a "proper" serial port connection. USB adapters may not work.
3. Next program the Dragon Card with the appropriate "xxxx_DC_OS_Loader.xDC" file
using DragonLoader.exe. Use Red, Yellow or Blue to match your existing card type.
Remember to remove the "" from the beginning and end of the file name, otherwise you may get the "I/O error 123"
4. Load the "Dragon_Converter_V2.xvb" file in WinExplorer and run it.
Choose which colour OS you want your card to be when prompted.
5. In a few seconds your card will be converted.
6. You can easily convert it back to the original using the same method.
This time you will need a different OS_Loader.xDC file.
This utility has been widely tested and is safe to use - however you must use it at your own risk and
agree NOT to use the card to decrypt TV services for which you have not paid.

NO.
They now have no OS on the card at all and therefore it is not possible to communicate with the card.
The script will only work on a card with a valid OS.

I think that the files of December contain killer commands. So you have to stay away from them. I don't know if there is still any file active for yellowdragon but it's better all concerning information to be send via pm. There is such an information from member ASTERIKOS but there is still no confirmation.
