Amiko mini combo wont update with rs232

Hello friends, i have a little problem, with my amiko mini combo..i try diff ways to update it better said to install a new image on it, but it will still show the software that was before..this software has a stupid password when you try to enter the menu..so i cant enter it..i tried a diff way, but even there is no change..please help me with a good loader
