Hi,
I purchased an ALPS DM800 BSBE2-801A supposedly Rev M tuner. But I am not sure if I really got Rev M or genuine or fake... can anybody tell me if mine is genuine Rev M? I can add it has an electrolytic capacitor on bottom side of the pcb. I have seen pictures with tuner without this capacitor.
My tuner looks like the left picture. Also I might add second receiver I connect to the loopthrough cannot control diseq switch... It can control the diseq when connected as first receiver. Which makes me think I may have a counterfeit tuner.
It performs as my genuine BCM4505. I thought Alps would be more sensitive for weak signals.
