Hi, I have a friend whos dm800hd with a 2.1 sim froze. we connected it up with dreamup and fixed the bad sectors. Can someone point me in the right direction for this box to work again, i need a working image. Also it has a bootloader 84b installed. Thanks.

It does not matter what it came with it can use any, follow m.op advice and flash a image.

Get the ip adress on the LCD screen. Then flash via browser. Flash ssl 84b.nfi file first, followed by openpli 2.1 image for sim2, then reflash ssl84b.nfi.
Once finished this sequence of flashing, unplug receiver and wait 10 secs, then plug it and turn it on.

Thanks Frank, any chance of sending me a link for the ssl 84b and a pli 2.1 image. Also you mention that i should flash the ssl 84b first then the image then the ssl 84b again, but would'nt that delete the 2.1 pli image?. Thanks.
