Hello.
I Have Decided To Go For Ipbox 9000! Looking To Buy Motorised System 1m Andrews (channel Master) Dish With 36v 1224 Supermount System From Satellite Superstore.total £885.
Mainly I Would Like To Watch Football And Russian Channels.
Can Some One Tell Me Please:
1.do I Need Diablo Cam (or Similar) Or Soft Cams Will Be Enough?
2.cheapest Ipbox 9000 Plus I Found So Far £496 Delivered From Sateropa. Any Were Cheaper?
3. Is The Any Other 1m Dish / Good Motor A Should Also Consider?
Thank You.

Hiya

I brought the Cuberevo/IP Box 9000 & paid £430 including delivery

Its a great box but takes some getting use to with the software etc-picture & sound quality excellent

With regards to the footie & dish size it depends on what country you are in & location

Reason for asking those folk who live in the south of uk can usually receive Nilesat 7 west where you will find almost every prem game on live at the weekends-You will find other broadcasters showing some games but not all

Diablo cam & m2+ card opening Canal+ @ 1 west & Digi Tv @ 16 east but for how long is anyones guess (weeks maybe months)

Channel master dishes are very good dishes but arent made any more -the company was taken over by Andrews (USA company)& new dishes are imported from there

Go for largest size you can afford 1.2 or even 1.8 -but dont forget if in Uk you will need planning permission;)

Supermount moves the dish also will an actuator (large one for 1.2 meter dish -18 inch or higher)will do job

You will need a positioner to move the dish-vbox or similar (Disquec 1.2 compatable)

Do google on Kingofsat to search Sats that broadcast Russian channels -Hotbird, Sirius to name but a few

Hiya
It does have twin sat tuners & no hard drive
The diablo cam will open 1 west & 16 east but no one knows for sure how long it will last

If you opt for 1.2 dish it should hopefully pull in the weaker channels on Nilesat @ 7 west -unless someone reports you to the council or measures it -no one will really know:thum:

Especially if its out of the way from the neighbours:cool:

If your into c/s then the worlds your oyster with regard to what you can watch from across Europe although the IpBox/Cuberevo can only act as a client at the moment

There are other blank cards that can be programmed to access certain channels/packages - m2+ & others -im sure other members on here & elsewhere can point you in right direction

Good luck & welcome to the world of sat tv
