In case some files could be transferred with ftp from dreambox to pc, but some others don´t want to - firewall shouldn´t be responsible. A firewall would either block all your *.ts-recordings or none. ("Firewall" not to be mixed up with "antivirus")
Maybe settings in Filezilla could be wrong. Try transfer with DCC e2 (FTP transfer with Dreambox Control Center for enigma2).

If the recordings still don´t want to transfer,
maybe you should test your harddrive in dreambox menu.
Some recordings really can be too damaged for transfer, while others aren´t. I know from own experience. Some recordings transferred and some didn´t. But they played back on my box for some time. Later I even got recordings that didn´t play fully any more. My harddrive had to be replaced.
Test with
Menu/Settings/System/Storage devices (if I´m correct)
If your firmware still is oe1.6 you can start harddrive-check there with coloured button - Green I think*.
This can take up to three hours and more!
Repair is not always possible - in may case it wasn´t. Formatting with NTFS and trying chkdsk under windows confirmed "not rapairable".
(*On OE2.0 firmware you first have to select your hdd and press OK on remote control - a swapfile gets created and only then you get the possibilty to check your harddrive.).

If you´re still not sure about your harddrive and recordings, try Cypheros TS-Doctor (29 € after 30 days trial - second time today, that I recommend it). It analyzes your recordings. Normal recordings should have 0 faults.
(maybe a few warnings for audio change or delays in streams - which can in most cases be ignored)
IF TS-Doctor finds lots of faults in your recordings, it may help for your future recordings if you flash latest firmare (some older OE2.0 firmwares are known for producing faulty recordings), replace harddrive (if it has bad sectors), or search for faults in hardware (dish/lnb/cable connections) that may spoil recordings.
Lets hope - the box itself is okay.:thum:
