800 Hd Dvi output dead

Hello M8`s, i have an old 800 hd clone, with merlin soft. Lately the dvi output is gone, but scart is ok. Anyone that have a solution on this problem ?

I had this issue it needed the solder reflowing on the
rear of the mobo, now im not saying your fault is that but its worth a go.
