Is there any editor for tbn files for commander 7600?If not then
how can i put manually keys or download them from pc to receiver?

you mean try to load kbn to 7600 with keymaker or edit tbn with keymaker?

use friend STBManager for 7500IR and 7600IRCI for tbn and xkey ..
