Is db500s ok for cs? Can this take all packages??
What's the difference between 500s, 600s, 7020s etc..

Yes you be able to see all SD packages.

600 and 7020 have a lot more features just take a look at the specifications and you'll see the differences.

If you still have no service searching then your tuner has a fault or possible your coax is shorting.

Yes i Reflash the Receiver but still No Service Searching, But what is coax is shorting?

If your tuner is shot i think most econimical fix could be new 500
