39 e on dream box 7000

with all the channels that seam to be changing their encryption i have been looking for alternatives for the footy, i been trying to get 39 east and Shaw i am on it ( strength 70%) and when i scanned the sat nova sports came up :thum:
i now been told that i need a patched version of mg cam , does anybody know where i can get it and remind me where to ftp it to.

i dont know anything about a patched mgcamd-version for bulsatcom...
what you need is fausto on your pc.

is this the only way i can get it on the dream box, been out of it for a while so not really up on things ,is their a walk through or any information on fausto on your pc

hi Teddyboy, I've recently switches from Thor 1w to Bulsat 39e, as xxTomxx said you need a programme called Fausto (i have fauso 1.45)running on your PC all the time,
you need your dreambox connected to your broadband all the time,
and you need to connect your dreambox to your pc initially with a null modem serial rs232 cable, once you've done that you will need a key.bin file to open channels. For me the pli image with ccam 2.1.4, works fine.
I think this is the only way to open those channels with dm500 or dm 7000.

it took me a bit to get it going, but with all the help on this site, and others the work does pay off.

thanks for that i will give it ago on Sunday as i am working tomorrow , i few years ago i was well on top of how to etc but had a bit of time out and i am lost but i will give it a go.
