hi sorry to disturb you but what hardware do you use you capture feeds ?

i recently purchased a tbs5990 and its blindscan cant find any of those feeds. even in dvbdream when i enter the frequencies you post on forum manually i don't get a lock and signal and quality is at 0% is it my cards fault? cheers
