hi, i want the last update of the crow receiver

hai friend my reciver crow 2 in bak panel not A-N-B pin what i DO

Please kindly help me i downloaded the new software and conected my
crow with my pc and i turned switch A the pc could not see the crow
When i turned the switch to B the pc now see the crow and i downloaded
the new software to crow and it could not display anything on tv and
it only diplay red light on the front panel please help as i dont no
what to do. Best regards.
