Webmaster help!

bought a long time ago an extra reciever to play with and
dowmloadede a lot imager and other things here from SAT UNIVERSE, which made
I was told that I would not be able to download the next month because of my overspending.

I can, after over half a year still can not download anything from this site, but
get a file called: attachment.php - a file which is usually empty or
crypteret and can not be used for anything.

Dear Webmaster - please help me to regain customer download files and
other things from your great site.

I use explorer and it works with downloads from other sites - why
can explore not work on satellite-universe?

Thanks to Ferret - it was the solution, so now it works again.

I downloaded two files and they were ok, but when I would get the third came
the message that I had spent 2 downloads and could only pick up something
again for almost one day !!!! - Is it just me being blocked or
there are others who have suffered the same?
