it is .. but.. that would be polish TELE 5 channel which i do not know if it covers WWE / TNA programs

Sir I search its epg it play raw on thursday night 11:15pm german time

German time is +1hr ahead of UK Time
Pakistan is +4hrs ahead of UK Time
So +5hrs = German time .. which means for you start time = 4:15am early hrs friday morning pakistan time .

Raw gets repeated from Monday to Tuesday night at 12am midnight on Tele 5 (Astra 19.2).

Smackdown will be repeated on ProsiebenFUN HD (also Astra 19.2), but the cannel is Encoded.
