where to enable http services ? SifTeam 1.9.3. on500s

i have some question, how i can connect to the server. when i click my CCcam , it says i am not connected to the server. i wont to update my CCcams keys. one more question. what is the best way to download my images. as i wont to copy my image in a flash memory then to delete all my setings from DM500s to the factory and later from my flash memory to transfer my image to the DM500s.
i will be gratefull if someone can help me in this matter.

i did it in gemini (in extra services tab, if i remember) previousely.
