Which is your DVB player ?
Have You installed one?
Under my experience DVB Dream is the best, versatile and light.
ProgDVB is too heavy and DVBviewer is more stable but not so versatile.
Anyway it's only my opinion, somebody may not agree.

The first thing you need is software capable of blind-scanning. This is a personal choice as there are many out there, They include EBSPro, ProgDVB, SmartDVB, DVBDream etc.
You will need plug-in for you software to be able to enter keys/CW's such as NWemu, vPlug and PowerVU.

I must say I use SmartDVB and TBS 5922SE USB to control my motor and it works fine every time. I guess i'm one of the luck ones 
Although I do find that usals setting is about 3 degrees out on the longitude

I am moving my Sat-Dish via Egis Rotor - so the Card have not to use usals or diseqc....
im downloading the Plugin and trying to put the right keys in...

if You are running DVB dream, press <ctrl + B> then enter biss key, 12 digits format (without check digits)
for example:
12 34 56 9C 78 90 AB B3 (16 digits)
1234567890AB (12 digits)
The entered keys will be stored in:
xxxx://dvddream/Plugins/BISS.ini

meanwhile i tryed some Channels to open - but only 15 West Espn worked - 10 east 11065 POL: H FEC 3/4 SR: 14400 from Today was not working. I saved the right Keys but no sucsess,...
What can be the problem? ( im running a win7 64 bit system )

Was it a 4:2:2 feed? If so try installing LAV Filters codec

"Install
=============================
- Unpack
- Register (install_*.bat files)
Registering requires administrative rights.
On Vista/7 also make sure to start it in an elevated shell."
I have no Idea how to: " make sure to start it in an elevated shell." ( couse im using Win7 64 bit )
What do do?

Try right click on the file and run as administrator. LAV Filters are freeware so not sure why your getting a error registering the file

What a sat dish size is required in order to catch the CL games broadcasted on 7.0E. I am currently in Cologne.

AT LEAST 1.1m DISH
Some members report no issues with 90cm dish but that depends on location and dish alignment and weather conditions .
For example i have a 1.2M Offset Channel Master Dish but i dont get a lock therefor i need to use my 2 meter prime focus dish instead especially when its raining which can be a lot then bigger dish will give solid signal reading regardless .
