What satellite and transponder am i on?

Is there a way on your DM800 either through webportal or through a file on the DM800 that gets updated to tell what satellite and transponder your on?

The webportal doesnt show satellite or transponder information? I need to externally detect what satellite and transponder i am currently located at.

That's not what i meant.

Here is what i came up with.

webifip:80/web/subservices

This will tell you what channel you're currently on, and then you can reference the lamedb to map to the current satellite and transponder that you are currently on.

Yf that is what you want then there are many skins that give you that.

No.... I wanted to be able to use a program i wrote, to be able to detect (from another computer in the network) what channel the user has selected and is currently watching.

Thanks for those who posted and tried to help. I have figured it out and got it working as I had hoped.
