what does it mean CO red in dreambox 500s - i hear sound but no image in a tv program ???

Conax its an encryption you wont see picture without viewing card.

Which Channel / Satellite / Frequency was it? (I'm guessing 16E there always changing which channels are FTA / Promo Period)

Channels can occasionally be Temp FTA and then go encrypted or switch encryption back on....this is probably what has happened...

May have been temporarily Free to air. but you need to give more info satellite and channel how long were you viewing for

Hotbird and Eutelsat Satelits.

i'am viewing those channels for 4 days and now not working.
