What channels can ble cleared with softcam keyfile?

Not sure if this is the correct placement for this question, but as the softcam key files are stored under this category, it can't be completely wrong.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me which channels can currently be cleared using softcam key file on 13e and 19.2e. I can piece some together from looking at the updates to softcam key files, but a complete list would be nice. Does such a thing exist?

Also, will softcams like mgcamd or cccamd be able to use these softcam key files?

Write your particular case and what is the problem!
SoftCam.Key file can not delete channels!
Do not forget you need to do is update transponders and then scan!

By clear I mean descramble, decode or open. You see?

Just download a recent softcam.key file, there is a comment behind keys which bouquet or channel that key opens. Too hard? cccam can use softcam.key.
