What Cam,if any?

Hi all, ok have a TM-5400ci+ with upto date firmware/keys my question is, would I benefit from buying a Cam ie(Diablo)and card? and what extra channels would i get? just don't want to buy a Cam if I end up just getting the channels I already have!!

and what Cam/card/programmer would you recommend.

i wouldn´t bother with a cam at the moment. best thing would be to get a gamma card and a cas 3 programmer. check in the gamma section to see what´s open (nova, canaldigitaal).
