Satellite 99° West (Galaxy 19) has a transponder:

12184 H 22500 DVB-S2 8PSK

The channel of concern is:
Wedo Big Stories

I can watch this channel with no issue with my STB:

Koqit V5H H.265 Free To Air FTA Satellite Receiver

However, on my Edison OSmio+4K

I cannot see the channel at all! I can't figure out the issue and settings in my video settings in Edison seem to be ok.

Any advice for me from the community?
