WDS Tv open?!

Guys,

I watched yesterday for the first time WDS Tv in 10*E because I saw that there was a CCW Key available for it and which was in my Diablo2 keyfile. However, this morning, I noticed that the channel is still open but I also noticed that it is open without my Diablo2, just using the Emu of my Kaon receiver...is it normal? My receiver is telling me that the channel is open using a 0D05 key?!?! I am a bit confused

The channel has been FTA since yesterday, hacker_ccws_key also posted this info in the key thread at around 6:30am this morning................
