want to move from db500s to hd box but confused- db500hd ist choice

I need to get a HD box as a starter with OSCAM and when I started looking I realised I am way behind the loop. I saw a db500hd for 150 stg and thats about my limit but then a host of others seem to appear, a vu+ solo, a DB800HD, a DB800HDse and so on.

So what I do I lose if I get the db500hd clone at that price. I just want it easy to use, and just work. Things like sim cards lose me and only means something else to go wonky. A good tuner was always one of my guides. In other words what is the cheapest hd box that will run oscam and easy to use with a good picture in hd?

I can use dcc, ftp, telnet, dreamup, up to a point.

and where to buy for duick delivery I have next weekend free.

The 500HD has no front display and only one card slot, there is also option to install a internal hdd.

As for sim cards then Ferrari has support as does sim2 if a little outdated use old file to keep images running. Also no chance of OE2 images at the moment. The A8P sim will use original anything no patching required so its the sim to have at the moment. No one know how long this sim will stay capable of running original image though.

thank you for replying, you lost me with the sim explantion but I will keep the post. do i have to have a sim in the 500hd??

i have moved on a bit !! now looking at a vu+ solo or a db800sed hd, solo down a lot.

i will decide by end of day.
