vu+ duo2 not updating software updates

I have been trying to update software updates to 1.66 on openvix.
It goes through all the setup as if updating,reboots but doesnt update.Presently on 1.44.
Just wondering if i should reflash again.

Youll need to reflash your version is too old to update on.
