Vu+Duo stuck on starting

hi, I need help to flash my receiver Vu+Duo please. I tried to flash with an USB but starting coming up and off on the screen, I can't flash it.I don't know what to do.

make sure the usb is formated,load your image on to it,turn of vuduo,put usb into front slot and turn on,wait until image is loaded,should work
